American Coffee Urn's Policies

The information here will help you when doing business with ACU.

American Coffee Urn is dedicated to fabricating quality products and providing prompt and timely service to our customers. We make all effort to guarantee the same level of service to all of our customers. The policies below help guide us through our efforts.

Online Store Policy http://www.acubarequipment.com/:

o     Most orders that are in stock that are purchased online will be shipped from the factory in 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified by http://www.acubarequipment.com/.
o     Any special shipping requirements must be specified at the time the order is placed.
o     The customer specifies which shipping method they want at their own convenience and cost.
o     We ship all online orders with the UPS or with FedEx.
o     Small trays, like the 5X8 Surface Mount Drip Trays, are sent in a small United States Postal Service small flat rate box.
o     All items will be packaged and protected from damage during shipping.

o     All returns are handled per incident basis.
o     Defects from manufacturing will be repaired or replaced.
o     Damage caused during shipping must be notified to delivery person and carrier. o     Please keep all original packaging.
o     Email photos of damaged products and box to acusheetmetal@gmail.com along with an explanation of the situation or call 951-943-1495.
o     Once returned and received by ACU Precision Sheet Metal, we will examine the product and make sure it is free from damage. If no damage occurred and all accessories and products are accounted for, the refund will then be granted (minus the shipping back to ACU).
o     ACU will pay return shipping if item is damaged from the factory.

Amazon Policy amazon@acumetalfab.com:

o     Each order will be sent out by the expected ship date on Amazon.
o     Our standard shipping carrier is UPS but we also use FedEx and United States Postal Service for small trays.
o     Special shipping is specified by the customer at the time the order is placed on Amazon.
